Sameer Rashid Bhat

Sameer Rashid Bhat is a 2018 Rhodes Scholar from Kashmir (India) and PhD candidate at the University of Oxford. In 2020 Sameer completed the MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy at the Department of International Development at Public Policy (MPP) from Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government. Prior to Oxford, he obtained an undergraduate degree in law from Gujarat National Law University, India. Sameer is qualified to practice as a lawyer in India. 

Sameer has been affiliated with EURO-EXPERT as a Research Assistant in 2019 and has continued as a data-consultant afterward.
