Mahlet Abera Techan is responsible for data-collection in Sweden. She holds a Master Degree in Development Studies from Uppsala University and a LLB in International and European Law from University of Groningen. She has experience in working for NGOs focusing on international humanitarian law and international human rights. Her primary interest spans over international law, foreign politics and gender, security and war theory.
