She is affiliated with the <a style=\"font-size: 1rem;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pantheonsorbonne.fr\/page-perso\/lholden\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Institut de Sciences Juridique et Philosophique de la Sorbonne<\/a> and <a style=\"font-size: 1rem;\" href=\"https:\/\/chad.parisnanterre.fr\/\">CHAD Paris Nanterre<\/a>. She is the Founder of the <span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cultexpfoundation.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CULTEXP Foundation sheltered by the CNRS Foundation<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Throughout her career, Livia Holden has spearheaded various projects funded by prestigious organisations. Notable examples include the European Research Council projects <a href=\"https:\/\/culturalexpertise.net\/\"><em>Cultural Expertise in Europe: What is it useful for? <\/em><\/a>EURO-EXPERT and <em><a href=\"https:\/\/culturalexpertise.net\/cultexp\/\">CULTEXP Proof of Concept<\/a><\/em>, as well as <em style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.isrf.org\/fellows-projects\/cultural-expertise-and-litigation-in-south-asia-and-europe\/\">Cultural Expertise and Litigation in South Asia and Europe<\/a><\/em> in collaboration Malvika Seth at the Jindal Global University and funded by the Independent Social Research Foundation, and EURO-EXPERT&#8217;s spin out\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.ox.ac.uk\/gender-sensitisation-for-judicial-education-in\/gender-sensitisation-judicial-education-pakistan-and\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gender Sensitisation for Judicial Education in Pakistan and Indonesia<\/a> funded by the <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Global Challenges Research Funds for the UK.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>In addition to her research endeavours, Livia Holden regularly provides expert opinions in immigration law, family law, and criminal law cases in the United Kingdom, United States, and the Netherlands.
